FAQs

How do I buyout my subscription products?

You can do so yourself in your subscription profile, or you can let us know at info@vitaelight.com and we will send you a link.

Your 3 year warranty applies since the buyout date, not since the start of your subscription.

Is the first month free?

No. We charge you one month after after your deposit payment, but the charge covers the previous month.

What if the bulb breaks?

You send us the broken product back, we send you a new one. You have an unlimited warranty while your subscription is active.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You send us the products back to Sázavská 2031/32, Prague 2 Vinohrady, 120 00 Czech Republic. We then cancel your subscription and return your deposit.

Is there a discount for older subscription bulbs?

No.

You get an unlimited warranty with an active subscription, if you buy out your subscription, you get 3 year warranty starting on the buy out date.

Unless your subscription is older than 5 years. In that case, send your deposit invoice to info@vitaelight.com
